Conversations to Contracts is almost here! Our biannual trade show was created to connect small and diverse-owned businesses with potential trade partners, procurement professionals, and financial partners. These alliances are crucial in stimulating economic activity and diversifying supply chains, and our tradeshow helps make it happen!
Genesis Block hosts Conversations to Contracts events in partnership with state, local government agencies, anchor institutions and corporate partners. The goal is to connect minority owned businesses with contracting opportunities and to provide them with the resources necessary to strengthen their ventures.
Genesis Block is partnering with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Office of Civil Rights to create and maintain a database of DBE contractors who are qualified and capable of mobilizing for cleanup efforts to respond to disasters across the state. The project is called Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) highlighting the need for qualified diverse owned businesses to support NCDOT disaster related operations.
Join us on October 14, 2023, at CFCC Union Station (U) Building for our Minority Enterprise Development Week edition of Conversations to Contracts! This event offers a variety of workshops that cater to all attendees and provide valuable insights.
