“Our names are Daniel Pasillas and Kory Sanderlin. SEXY FOOD IS WHAT WE DO!!!! We are the Owners and Chefs of Smash N Dash Food Truck and Restaurant at Block Eatz. We are also Founders of Bare Necessities of North Carolina, a non-profit used to aid and assist the community with water, food, and shelter.”
Chef Daniel is from Oakland, California, and did his culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and Culinary Union 226. He has been in the culinary field for 20 years.
Chef Kory Sanderlin is from Leland, NC. He did his culinary training at the Cape Fear Community College Culinary Program. He has been in the culinary field for 14 years.
